O objeto do pedido de registro é uma "sandália", desta forma, a figura 3 está em desacordo com o pedido e deverá ser subtraída. A apresentação de variação de cores é irrelevante, pois o registro refere-se a forma do objeto, e não às cores do mesmo. A qualidade das figuras é fundamental, sendo assim, as figuras adequadas para serem mantidas no pedido são as de número 1, 4, 6, 9, 10,11, 12, 14 e 16. As demais não possuem qualidade gráfica adequada e poderão ser substituídas a fim de representar o objeto sob todos os ângulos.Harmonizar o pedido às exigências acima.
