O objeto do pedido trata-se de um padrão ornamental aplicado em solado, desta forma, a ilustração da sandália, contendo as tiras, deverá ser retirada. As representações dos padrões são por meio da vista frontal, sendo desprezada qualquer outra vista. A apresentação das cores do fundo são irrelevantes, pois o desenho industrial não protege a cor do objeto.Assim sendo, pode-se manter, apenas, a figura nº 2, que possui uma qualidade gráfica adequada ao registro.Harmonizar o relatório às exigências acima.
