Os objetos apresentados no presente pedido de registro de desenho industrial não foram considerados variações entre si, assim sendo, o depositante deverá proceder a divisão do pedido conforme Ato Normativo de desenho industrial AN 161/2002 da seguinte forma:PEDIDO ORIGINAL: atuais figuras 1 e 2;1º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 3;2º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 4;3º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 5;4º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 6;5º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 7;6º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 8;7º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 9;8º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 10;9º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 11;10º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 12;11º PEDIDO DIVIDIDO: atual figura 13;os objetos são tridimensionais, portanto deverão ser representados pelas vistas em perspectiva, lateral, frontal e superior;retirar as figuras 14 a 17, de acordo com o AN 161/2002:11.4.6. Os desenhos ou fotografias deverão ilustrar somente o objeto em sua forma montada revelando apenas sua configuração externa , sem destacar detalhes e partes, separadamente.
