PROCEDER A DIVISÃO DO PEDIDO DA SEGUINTE FORMA:- Deverá permanecer no pedido apenas o objeto mostrado na figura 1. O título deverá ser " Tampa ". Será necessário novo relatório descritivo que contenha todas as vistas ortogonais e a vista em perspectiva do objeto . A reivindicação deverá conter o seguinte texto: " Tampa", conforme figuras anexas.- O objeto mostrado na figura 2, deverá fazer parte de 1 (hum) pedido dividido, nas seguintes condições: - Deverá ser iniciado pelo seguinte título: " Tampa",substancialmente conforme figuras anexas.- Será necessário novo relatório descritivo que contenha todas as vistas ortogonais e a vista em perspectiva do objeto ilustrado na figura 2 . A reivindicação( que será em folha separada do relatório), deverá conter o seguinte texto: " Tampa", subatancialmente conforme figuras anexas.- NOTA nos relatórios substituir "patente " por "registro"- A divisão do pedido deverá ser procedida de acordo com os itens 7.1 a 7.1.6 do ATO NORMATIVO nº 161/02 OBS: O PERÍODO DE PAGAMENTO DO 2º QUINQÜENIO DOPEDIDO DIVIDIDO SERÁ CONFORME O DO PEDIDO ORIGINAL
