Com base no Manual de Desenhos Industriais estabelecido pela Resolução 232/2019, bem como no Comunicado publicado na RPI Nº 2523 de 14/05/2019, formula-se a seguinte exigência: Com base na atual apresentação do pedido, não foi possível identificar diferenças entre os objetos das figuras 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 7.1, 8.1, 9.1, 10.1, 11.1, 12.1, 13.1, 14.1, 15.1. Caso os objetos constituam, de fato, variações configurativas, esclarecer qual (is) elemento (s) da forma varia (m) de uma para a outra. Caso o padrão ornamental seja exatamente a mesmo, modificando somente a cor, a numeração das figuras deve ser sequencial, seguindo o padrão Figura 1.1, Figura 1.2, Figura 1.3, Figura 1.4 e assim por diante.
