A proteção por desenho industrial não abrange os caracteres tipográficos individuais, e sim o padrão ornamental produzido por estes elementos. Assim, atender às seguintes exigências:1. O pedido deverá ser dividido de acordo com a Instrução Normativa 44/2015, já que os padrões apresentados não guardam entre si as mesmas características distintivas preponderantes;2. Manter no presente pedido o padrão representado pela figura 1.1; 3. O primeiro pedido dividido deverá conter os padrões representados pelas figuras 1.2 e 1.3. 4. Nos dois pedidos, alterar título para "Padrão ornamental aplicado a impressos.
