Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized number "51" in white with gold highlights inside a black circle. Outside of the initial black circle, there appears four (4) concentric circles, each in a different color with burgundy appearing first, followed by white, dark gold and gold. The stylized number "51" appears set partially upon a undulating red banner, that is bordered on either side by white, and the white undulating white stripes are bordered by dark gold. Above the number "51" and the undulating banner is a gold field with vertical gold stripes and above that is a rounded dark gold border. Beneath the number "51" is a stylized frame within a frame design, rectangular in shape in gray on a white background. The stylized word CACHAÇA appears in red with black highlights. Underneath the foregoing appears the stylized word BRAZIL in black with a stylistic line under all letters except the letter "Z" which appears above the line. A stylized seal design comprised of seven (7) concentric circles appears in gray underneath the letters "HAÇA" in "CACHAÇA" and the letters "AZIL" in "BRAZIL". The first two gray concentric circles appear first without anything in between them. Following that, there is a space within which the wording INDÚSTRIAS MULLER DE BEBIDAS LTDA appears twice, at the top of the circle and at the bottom, both being partially obscured by the words "CACHAÇA" and "BRAZIL". Next, there appear three additional gray concentric circles without anything in between them. Following the foregoing, there is a space within the wording THE NO. 1 CACHAÇA FROM BRAZIL appears in gray with three gray stars, come of the foregoing being partially obscured by the words "CACHAÇA" and "BRAZIL." Following that, there are the last two most-inner concentric circles also in gray. Set within the innermost concentric circle appears a gray square shaped device within which a stylized depiction of Brazil appears and on top of that appears a stylized depiction of a sugar cane. Beneath the foregoing and partially obscuring the bottom most portion of the aforementioned concentric circle device is a red rectangle-shaped device that is outlined at the top and bottom thereof in dark gold. Emanating from the left and right of the red rectangle-shaped device are three horizontal dark gold lines. From the top of the frame design appears a woven design of undulating and intersecting waves and lines, all of which appears underneath the red and gold rectangle-shaped device, the concentric circles design, and the stylized words "CACHAÇA" and "BRAZIL". Underneath the foregoing and outside of the two-framed design, appears the stylized words "COMPANHIA MÜLLER DE BEBIDAS" in gold. Underneath that appears a dark gold line which is followed by a rounded dark gold thick border line.
