Mark description

The mark consists of the words "SPORTY PICKLE", appearing in bold font in the middle of the mark and stretching across the entirety of the mark, set above eleven circles aligned in a vertical row that start below the "S" in "SPORTY" and stretch past the "P" in "PICKLE". Next to the row of circles appears the words "BAR & GRILL", which extend to the "E" in "PICKLE". The words are situated in front of a figurative element representing a hollow, perforated plastic ball. The figurative element appears to be set behind the words, so that the top half of the ball appears above the words and the bottom half of the ball appears below the words.
