Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging consisting of the front and the back of a bag as cut open and laid flat; the front of the bag being on the left side and the back of the bag being on the right side. The front of the bag features a green band at the top with the words "STYLE WEAR" in black within a white rectangle outlined in black in the left corner and the word "SIZE" in white within a white square outlined in black in the right corner with the upper third of the square completely shaded in black. At the bottom of the bag is a large green rectangle, and centered along the top is the wording "STYLE WEAR" in black; to the left of "STYLE WEAR" is the word "SIZE" in white within a white square outlined in black with the upper third of the square completely shaded in black; to the right of "STYLE WEAR" is the outline of a black square. Beneath the green band is a white box outlined in black which also contains a black outline of a square on the upper right side, an oblong oval outlined in green beneath in the center, and two smaller rectangles outlined in black at the bottom. The broken lines depicting the overall shape of each side of the packaging indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
