Mark description

The mark consists of a label featuring a design of the top half of a mango composed entirely of small circles in shades of yellow, orange, red, and green, which appears at the top of the label with one additional red circle outside the mango design to the top right and two additional red and yellow circles outside the mango design to the top left. Beneath the mango design, the term "JOYBA" is written in white letters horizontally across the label, with the letter "O" represented as a smiley face without eyes. Directly beneath the term "JOYBA" is the phrase "BUBBLE TEA" written in white letters horizontally across the label. Directly underneath the phrase "BUBBLE TEA" is a design of a half of a cross-section of a passionfruit composed entirely of small circles in shades of magenta, cream, mauve, and yellow, with two additional red and yellow circles outside the passionfruit design to the bottom right and three additional magenta and yellow circles outside the passionfruit design to the bottom left. Beneath the passionfruit is a yellow horizontal band.
