COLLISION QUEST

Mark description

The mark consists of a solid blue square with a white circle superimposed on the square such that each side of the square is covered by the circle leaving only the four corners of the square. Superimposed on the white interior circle is a solid blue circle with a solid blue arrow extending downward and to the right of the blue circle wherein the right lower corner of the solid blue square forms the point of the arrow. Two equally sized white lines, one horizontally orientated and the other vertically orientated, that increase in width from one end of the line to the center of the line and then decrease in width from the center of the line to the opposite end of the line are situated in the center of the blue circle creating a four-pointed star-like feature. The term "COLLISION QUEST" is located to the right of the square consisting of gray letters in a stylized font. The letter "C" in "COLLISION" and the letter "Q" in "QUEST" are capitalized. The word "COLLISION" is situated directly above the word "QUEST" and the word "COLLISION" extends beyond the letter "T" in "QUEST". With the exception of the use of the color white as mentioned previously, the color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
