Mark description

The mark consists of the design of a rising/setting sun depicted as more than a semi-circle with progressive horizontal lines of the following colors arranged in descending order and separated by narrow black lines: red, orange, mustard yellow and teal. Centered at the top of the sun design is a white seven-pointed star.
