Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tote bag in which the main body is gray, the top edging is navy blue with white stitching, the bottom base is navy blue with white stitching, the center slit pocket is navy blue with white stitching and with straps comprised of eleven vertical stripes in which the first stripe is a thin navy blue stripe, the second stripe is green, the third stripe is a thin white stripe, the fourth stripe is light blue, the fifth stripe is a thin white stripe, the sixth stripe is green, the seventh stripe is a thin white stripe, the eighth stripe is light blue, the ninth stripe is a thin white stripe, the tenth stripe is green, and the last eleventh stripe is a thin navy blue stripe. The aforementioned straps gather into a rectangular navy blue strap rest and two concentric circles in which the outer circle is navy blue with white stitching and the inner circle is yellow and contains the stylized letter "P" in brown are set against the upper center of the tote bag. The black broken lines depicting the overall shape of the bag and the overall shape of the straps indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as part of the mark.
