Mark description

The mark consists of two concentric pink circle outlines with a white outer outline. Between the pink outlines appears the wording "THE MINI DONUT COMPANY" in white color and in stylized font, with two pink donuts having white, blue, yellow, green and orange sprinkles appearing between "THE MINI DONUT" and "COMPANY". In the center of the inner circle appears the design of a tan donut on a scooter with two wheels in gray and white colors. On the donut appear purple and pink icing and green, white, yellow and orange sprinkles thereon, with the pink icing thereof also depicting speed and movement on the left side of the donut. The color black in the mark represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
