Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized design of a black outline of an ice pop with a black stick and a green pineapple crown over the top also outlined in black. The ice pop design contains various fruits which are starting from the top a yellow pineapple base with black cross-hatching under which is a black outlined cantaloupe with a light orange top and a light green bottom, which is to the left of a brown outlined split coconut with a white interior and the right side of the brown coconut is outlined in black with three black outlined dark brown circles in the top center. Bisecting the bottom portion of the cantaloupe is a black outline of a passion fruit with an outer light yellow ring around a light orange center with black seeds that is to the left of a black outlined bunch of purple grapes with two black outlined green leaves above it on the bottom portion of the right side of the coconut. Underneath the passion fruit design is a black outlined watermelon wedge with a green rind and a red interior with black seeds that is to the left of a black outlined kiwi in the color green. Intersecting the left lower portion of the watermelon is a black outlined banana with a brown stem and a yellow base that is to the left of a portion of a black outlined red cherry in front of a black outlined light yellow lemon wedge, which is to the left of a black outlined strawberry with green leaves and a red base with white seeds. Under the main portion of the ice pop on the left side of the stick is the stylized red wording "PALE" and on the right side of the stick is the stylized magenta wording "FRUTA". Centered beneath all the foregoing is the stylized black wording "PALETA HECHA 100% NATURAL.
