Mark description
The mark consists of an oval design. Inside the oval is a smaller oval containing a picture of a woman in an orchard who is wearing a scarf on her head and holding a basket. A large banner with the stylized word "Basso" appears below the large oval. A smaller banner with "1904" therein is superimposed on the large banner. The outlines of the large oval, banners, and word "BASSO" are gold. The small thin rectangular line in the large banner also is gold. The background of the larger banner is red, and the background of the smaller banner is green. The word "BASSO" and date "1904" are white. With regard to the picture of the woman in an orchard, the ground below the trees is brown, the tree trunks are a mixture of black and gray, and the leaves of the trees are a mixture of gray, black, and green. The ground beyond the trees and representing grass is a mixture of yellow and green. The hills behind the orchard are mixture of green, light blue and gray. The sky is light blue and the clouds therein are a mixture of white and light blue. The basket is brown with black and gray shading. The ovular items in the basket are green. The woman and the basket are outlined in black. The woman's skin is beige, and her shirt is white with gray shading. The woman's scarf and two triangular designs on the center of her shirt are red, but outlined in black. The woman's suspenders are green with black outlines, and the two ribbons on the woman's suspenders are pink and outlined in black. The woman's corset is brown with black shading. The woman's hair, nostrils, and eyes are brown with some black outlines. There also is some brown shading on her face. The woman's necklace is a mixture of the colors brown and yellow. The remainder of the white in the drawing merely represents background areas and is not part of the mark.
