Mark description

The mark consists of two bands, the top consisting of the words "CODIO CIGARS" in black and "IMPORTED" in gold on a white rectangle, the rest of the top band conisting of a black middle part with the white words "CODIO CIGARS" with a red, white, and blue rectangular design above the words, two gold laurel leaves on either sides of the words "CODIO CIGARS," gold and green stylized fields below the words, "SINCE 1972" in white over a red background with a gold border and two gold circles on either sides of the words, three gold stylized tobacco leaves on top and five gold circles on the left side of the laurel leaves and four gold circles on the right side of the laurel leaves. On the left side of the middle circle are three gold and brown circles, the first one containing a brown man's face design, the middle circle containing a brown and gold building with a flag, and the third circle containing a brown arch. To the right of the middle circle are three gold circles outlined in brown, the first one containing a design of a brown church, the middle circle containing a brown and gold drum, and the third circle containing a stylized design of a brown bird. The circles have red, white, and blue background interspersed. Below the circles is a white background with gold ornate decorative elements.
