Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "MARSHMALLOWS" in the center in white stylized letters with light blue shading and outlining in dark blue. Behind "MARSHMALLOWS" is a stylized design of an upside down rainbow in the colors white, dark blue, red, and light blue. The white in the rainbow doubles as a second layer of outlining for the "OW" in "MARSHMALLOWS". On top of and around the rainbow are five-pointed stars in red, dark blue, and white. In the top left corner is the wording "GUANDY" in red uppercase stylized letters outlined in white inside a dark blue capsule. Above the wording "GUANDY" is the stylized shape of a bear in yellow outlined in dark blue with the bear's facial features appearing in dark blue. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the color white as otherwise depicted represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark.
