Mark description

The mark consists of an outer large yellow hollow circle outlined in white. At the center of the outer yellow hollow circle is a solid yellow circle outlined in white. Coming out of the solid yellow circle are six yellow curved bands with rounded ends. Superimposed over the outer large yellow hollow circle at the west, north, east, and south points, respectively, are the letters "A", "B", "E" and "C" in blue and outlined in white, with the white outline also having a thin blue outline. Emanating from the letters are jagged white lines resembling lightning. Dotted around the outer large yellow hollow circle are nine white solid circles in different sizes, with the two largest stylized to radiate light. All the foregoing is against a black background.
