Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized distressed American flag comprised of a blue and gold square containing white and black stars and thirteen stripes that alternate in the colors of red and white with the top and bottom stripes in red, superimposed over the middle of the stylized American flag is a stylized black eagle with its wings outstretched and the eagle's left top wing is gold where it intersects the American flag making that portion of the square gold and any stars touched by the eagle's left top wing are black. The word "FREEDOM" in a blue stylized font, outlined in red is within the first from the top white stripe of the American flag, the word "FAITH" in a blue stylized font, outlined in red is in the third from the top white stripe of the American flag and to the right of the eagle and the word "FAMILY" in a blue stylized font, outlined in red is within the fourth from the top white stripe of the American flag and to the left of the eagle. Superimposed on top of the bottom of the American flag and eagle design are the words "BEBOLD BEER" in a gold stylized font and outlined in black. All of the foregoing is on a white background, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
