Mark description

The mark consists of the term "Dendreon" having an upper case "D" and lower case "endreon" in combination with a design element, the design element consisting of two discrete parts located above the adjacent letters "e", "o" and "n" the first part being a feather shape having two pointed ends, the upper side of which is formed by a convex arc, and the lower side of which is formed by an elongated sine wave shape, resulting in the left side of the feather being thin and quill-shaped, and the right side of the feather being wider and rounder, the whole of the feather-shaped first part extending from the left side of the "e" slightly upward to the right side of the "o"; and the second part of the design element consisting of the x-axis mirror image of the first part, located to its right, such that the upper side of the feather-shaped second part is formed by an elongated cosine wave shape and the lower side is formed by a concave arc, with the whole of the feather-shaped second part extending from the left side of the "o" slightly upward to the right side of the "n" resulting in the right half of the feather-shaped first part overlapping with the left half of the feather-shaped second part.
