THUNDERDOG WOODWORKING

Mark description

The mark consists of a cross-section of a tree with eleven (11) rings of the tree inside the bark. The bark on the outside does not have smooth edges, but varies in width around the edge of the cross-section. The cross section is not contiguous as it has the phrase "THUNDERDOG WOODWORKING" going through the middle of the cross-section. "THUNDERDOG" is centered on top of "WOODWORKING" which is also centered below it in a smaller font. "THUNDERDOG" is in all capital letters with the "T" and the second "D" being larger than the rest of the letters. All letters of "WOODWORKING" are in capital letters, but all letters are the same size font. There are no rings of the tree in the background of "THUNDERDOG" but the rings of the tree do go through "WOODWORKING". The top left of the bark section of the cross-section of the tree is noticeably thicker with two jagged edges and one smooth longer portion of that section. At the top of the cross-section is a silhouette of a male dog that looks like a hunting dog. The dog has a short, pointed tail which points up and to the left. The dog's legs stand staggered, with both back feet on the bark and only one front foot on the bark. One of the front legs is picked up in the front and the dog's nose is pointed to the right as if he were sniffing something. The middle of the cross-section of the tree has no rings in it from halfway through the "N" in THUNDERDOG" to approximately the beginning of the second "D" in THUNDERDOG". The white area also encompasses the second "WO" and most of the "R" in WOODWORKING".
