Mark description

The mark consists of a shield with dark blue borders, a black outline, and a yellow interior outlined in black. The number "2021" appears in black in the top yellow interior portion. The upper half of the interior of the shield is divided from the bottom half of the interior of the shield by a blue border that starts on the left edge of the shield, approximately two thirds of the way down the left edge of the shield, and goes diagonally upward to the right and peaks in the middle of the shield, then goes diagonally down to the right and ends at a point on the right edge of the shield that is approximately two thirds of the way down the right edge of the shield. Within this interior blue border, there is a black chevron. The number "1821" appears in black three times in the center of the lower portion of the shield, stacked one on top of each other with the second and third instance of the number "1821" being wider than the first and second instance, respectively, such that the three instances of the "1821" numbers form a triangle. The top border of the shield includes a fleur-de-lis shape in the middle.
