Mark description

The mark consists of an image of a hemp plant consisting of 6 green leaves outlined in black and with black lining and black shading on the leaves, the leaves extend in an array from behind the depiction of the state of Florida in black, with wide spaced-apart strips of black curved lines depicting fields below the leaves and to the left of the map of Florida. The image is surrounded by a seal that includes a ribbon at the bottom with a thin black outline and a black shaded-in ribbon-shaped center with the words "FLORIDA HEMP" in the ribbon in white and beneath that the wording is a small white horizontal line separated by a small shaded-in circle and below the line is the lettering "EST. 2019" in white. The circular band of the seal includes the wording "FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES" in white with thin curved white lines at the base of the circular seal, a series of small black lines protrude horizontally inward from the seal in a striped pattern. All instances of the color white, including in the wording, represents background color and white is not claimed as a portion of the mark.
