Mark description

The mark consists of the literal element of "COHNREZNICK" in black/gray, with the initial letter "C" and the letter "R" capitalized and the remaining letters in lowercase; to the right of the literal element, an orange circle overlayed by three adjacent scalene triangles, each arranged from bottom left to upper right, with each coming to its thinnest point towards the upper right; the middle angle of the right-most triangle points to the right, and triangle extends beyond the outer border of the circle on both bottom and top; the left-most triangle begins in, but does not extend beyond, the bottom left of the circle and comes to its upper angle just short of reaching the top right of the circle; both the right-most and left-most triangles are orange and contain no border distinguishing them from the circle; the middle triangle is formed by the absence of colored design elements and is visible due to the two bordering triangles, and its thinnest angle comes to a point concurrent with the right-most triangle; the middle triangle interrupts the orange circle with a small gap to the upper right and a larger gap to the bottom left.
