PUBLICATION AND ISSUE SECTION

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized design of a black castle with gold accents outlining castle stones on each of the three castle turrets/towers. Each turret consists of parapets which are crenelated--built with alternating high squared portions called merlons and low squared portions called crenels. Above the tallest turret which is the center turret, is the stylized design of a boxer dog's face and neck; each of the dog's paws rest on either side of the castle's center turret in between each outer turret. The dog's fur is gold and white, and the entire drawing is outlined in black. She has a pink tongue, and her eyes are detailed to emulate that of a real dog. The eyes are outlined in black fur with white and grey shading surrounding the black fur; the irises are dark brown with black pupils, the white scleras are visible along with the pink tear ducts. Her right eye reflects a white gleam/sparkle. The dog has a black snout with white accents, and the snout is surrounded by white cushioning fur that gives this dog's expression a soft, friendly look. The cushioning fur extends from the bridge of her snout, and extends upward between both eyes towards her forehead where it ends at the bottom of the black crown she wears on her head. The crown the boxer dog wears is tilted slightly to the viewer's right, and at the top, it has five protruding points--four of the five points are accented with black unconnected dots above the points, and a gold fleur de lis is accenting the center protruding point. A white gleam/sparkle accents the crown's body on the viewer's right. Below the design, in the arch of the bottom of the castle is the word "The". The next two words, "Canine Castle" follow on the second line, and they are centered so that they begin and end at a length that is slightly longer in width than the entire design/castle. The font is black and stylized. Directly below "Canine Castle", on the third line: In all lowercase letters, written in red stylized font, as part of the logo, the motto reads: "where all dogs are royal". The white background is for background purposes only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
