Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a dark blue draw-string bag with the words "AMERICAN OWNED GRANDE RESERVE AGED 7 YEARS WHISKY" in the bottom left corner in stacked, block lettering. All words are white in color. The number "7" is red in color, large in comparison to the surrounding text. Above the words "AMERICAN OWNED" is a red image of one normal and one reverse letter "C" interlocking. To the left of the word "AGED" and to the right of the word "YEARS" are white, fanciful leaf designs. Smaller white, fanciful leaf designs are also to the right and left of the word "WHISKY." Beneath the words, a bold, horizontal white line wraps around the bag. To the right and partially above the words is a solid white shape resembling the State of South Carolina, with blue images of a crescent moon and palmetto tree contained within. The broken lines are used to depict the shape and outline of the draw-string bag and represent elements not claimed as part of the mark and serve only to show placement of the mark.
