Mark description

The mark consists of capitalized block letters "M", "B", "I", "L", and "E" in black. Between the "M" and "B" is a stylized "O" consisting of a thick, white outer border, with the interior edge of the white border a dark blue. The internal of the letter "O" is colored blue, with a lighter shade of blue on the top half and a darker shade of blue on the bottom half. The internal of the letter "O" also consists of a white triangular image with a white dot at each terminal of the image and inward arching lines connecting the dots. The topmost dot of the image is surrounded by three concentric white circles, with the innermost circle being the smallest, the middle circle being the second smallest, and the outermost circle being the largest. The image in the letter "O" is centered within the internal of the letter, taking into account the image as a whole. Above the "O" are three light blue arches, with the arch nearest to the "O" being the smallest, the middle arch being the second smallest, and the arch furthest from the "O" being the largest. Following the letters "M", "O", "B", "I", "L" and "E" are the letters "S", "T", "A", and "R", which are capitalized block letters in light blue that are narrower in scale than the preceding letters.
