Mark description

The mark consists of product packaging consisting of a square divided by gray and black vertical lines into three vertical segments. The background of the left and right segments is bordered in black with a vertical row of stylized poppy designs with red, orange, and yellow, petals, white outline, and black and white interiors on the petals. The interior of the poppy rows consists of a black background with gray dots. The middle segment consists of a gray background displaying three large poppies aligned vertically, with red, orange, and yellow, petals, white outline, and black and white interiors on the petals, with the wording "CHERVONYI MAK" in black Cyrillic characters with white outline superimposed therein, appearing above the word "ROSHEN" in Cyrillic characters in black. The wording and poppy design appear three times in the vertical center segment. The rectangular shape of the packaging outlined in dotted lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
