Mark description

The mark consists of a background comprised of a series of rectangles of various sizes colored dark, medium and light brown randomly arranged to form a continuous panel upon which panel is superimposed on the left a logo comprised of white stylized letters "MAR" followed by a large green number "3" and a smaller green number "2" with a green leaf design appearing above the number "2" all of which appear above the white letters "KET" which are offset so that the letter "K" is aligned under and touching the letter "R" with the letters "ET" aligned under the numbers "3" and "2" and to the left of the "KET" lettering appears the stylized wording "BY PRICE" in stacked form above the word "CHOPPER" all of which appears in the color tan with a tan horizontal line appearing above "BY PRICE" and a tan horizontal line under the term "CHOPPER" so that the wording "BY PRICE CHOPPER" all appears below the letters "MA" and to the left of the letter "K" and on the right a series of five rectangular images of various sizes arranged side by side, the image closest to the logo depicting a primarily green vegetable, the next depicting a primarily pink flower, the next depicting a primarily orange orange being peeled by human fingers, the next primarily blue blueberries and the last primarily pink fish meat.
