Mark description

The mark consists of an oval with a tan center surrounded by light brown, white, light brown, and dark brown outlines (in order from inside to outside) with a tan flag-type banner crossing the oval from approximately the vertical midpoint of the oval on the left side to approximately a point two-third vertically up on the right side, such that the banner is at an upward angle, with the banner outlined with a black line and, on the ends only, a dark brown line, with the banner displaying "Gilman" across the banner in black letters surrounded by white and tan outlines and showing a dark brown shadow behind the letters, the mark having the words "Cheese Corporation" in black letters located within the oval just below the banner, and with two dark brown leaves with light brown features extending from the upper left side of the banner and one dark brown leaf with light brown features extending from the lower right side of the banner.
