Mark description

The mark consists of certain elements of the configuration of a gasoline pump. The four-sided red framework mounted atop the gasoline pump contains a free-form white stripe extending diagonally across the side from the bottom left to the top right, and in the top left corner of the same side, a FiveStar Design. The FiveStar Design consists of the stylized words "FiveStar" in red, with five overlapping white stars bordered in red appearing over the word "Five" and nine alternating red and white stripes appearing to the right of the stars, all on a yellow background bordered in red. The red side panel at the bottom of the pump contains a similar free-form white stripe extending diagonally from the bottom left to the top right, with the FiveStar Design in the top left corner. The small panel centered at the top of the gasoline pump's side panels contains a red rectangle with curved upper and lower borders and the FiveStar Design in the center. The dotted lines represent the positioning of other elements of the gasoline pump and are not part of the mark.
