Mark description

The mark consists of a wheat head in yellow outlined in black for all grains and further outlined in its outer profile in white; the wheat head is on a background of yellow in a semicircle outlined in black; and is placed on a rectangle of green where centered in the center of the green rectangle are the words "Q-SAGE" where the letter "Q" is in yellow outlined in black and then outlined in white; the hyphen and the words "SAGE" are in black outlined in white; the entire rectangle with the semicircle on top is outlined in black; below the rectangle is a black line separated from the rectangle by a white background and in the center of the black line is a black semicircle having the word "INC." in white and the semicircle outlined in white.
