Mark description

The mark consists of two parts. Part one is the center globe. The color(s) of the globe shade from bluish white, to solid blue, to deep blue, to purple, while the colors on the arrows shade from gold to pale yellow. The globe consists of a deep blue globe with a bluish white sunburst off-center toward the upper-left from the globe's center point with the text "TLS-T3" in gold lettering to the lower right of the sunburst and centered in the middle of the globe; along the outside perimeter of the blue globe and surrounding the sunburst and the "TLS-T3" are three curved moving clockwise gold arrows whose tail is gold with the head of each transitioning to a pale yellow. Each arrow contains a label of black text centered within the arrow. The first letter of each label begins at the bottom of the arrow head and continues through body of the arrow toward the tail. The first arrow in the upper left of and inside the blue globe contains the word "Training". The second arrow in the bottom to bottom left and inside of the blue globe contains the word "Time". The third arrow along the right inner side of the blue globe contains the word "Tools". The second part of the mark consists of the wording "THE ADAM CHANGE MAP" in black above a red arrow moving counter-clockwise in circle format with 7 rectangular shaped labels containing black text with the globe describe above in the middle. The color inside each label transitions from a bluish white at the bottom to solid blue at the top and has a thin red outline going around the perimeter of each rectangle. On the left side of the arrow, the upper left and bottom right corners of each rectangular label meet at 90 degree angles while the bottom left and upper right corners are rounded. On the right side of the arrow, the top left and bottom right corners of each rectangular label are rounded while the bottom left and the top right corners are pointed at 90 degree angles. The first rectangular label is attached horizontally to the tail of the arrow. The next three rectangular labels are attached equally spaced along the left side of the left curve of the arrow. The last three rectangular labels are attached equally spaced along the right side of the right curve of the arrow, with the last rectangular label being placed just at the base of the arrowhead. The rectangular labels are labeled sequentially in order beginning at the tail on the upper left side of the arrow, and moving down and then to the right and then up to the head of the arrow in the following order: "Acclimate", "Analyze", "Design", "Deliver", "Audit", "Adjust", "Master". Inside the center of the circular red arrow is a deep blue globe with a sunburst off-center toward the upper-left from the globe's center point with the text. .
