Mark description

The mark consists of a repeating pattern comprised of five seal designs arranged diagonally and separated by scrollwork and in which the first seal design is the biggest round seal featuring the stylized wording "BERLUTI" on a rectangular carrier with curved sides and nine spiked lines on either side of the letter, a bell, laurel branches, the year "1895" near the top of the seal, the term "PARIS" near the bottom, three fleur-de-lis, and decorative scroll work, the second round seal features the letter "B" on a rectangular carrier with curved sides and four spiked lines on either side of the letter, a bell, three fleur-de-lis, and decorative scrollwork, the third seal design is a round seal featuring the wording "BERLUTI" flanked by two short horizonal bands, followed on top by a bell, three fleur-de-lis, and decorative scrollwork, the fourth seal design is a round seal featuring the numerals "1895" flanked by two short horizonal bands, followed on top by a bell, three fleur-de-lis, and decorative scrollwork, and the fifth seal design is a round seal featuring the wording "PARIS" flanked by two short horizonal bands, followed on top by a bell, three fleur-de-lis, and decorative scrollwork. The repeating pattern appears over the entire surface of the goods.
