Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a brown colored beer bottle with a green cap and a white rectangular-shaped label across the lower half of the bottle, with gray horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the white label, with the following elements displayed upon the white label: the large green numerals "387" with green Cyrillic characters between brackets inserted horizontally through the lower right side of the numeral "8" and through the lower stem of the numeral "7". At the bottom of the white label below the numeral "3" is small gray Cyrillic wording; below the numeral "8" is a depiction of a small gray and white beer tank and small gray Cyrillic wording; below the numeral "7" is a depiction of a small gray and white beer mug and small gray Cyrillic wording. Around the top neck of the bottle is a red label in a quadrilateral shape with two light gray horizontal lines at both the top and the bottom of the red label and with a light gray and red design of a large house upon the red label. The broken lines depicting the shape of the beer bottle, the bottle cap, and the horizontal ridging at the top of the neck of the bottle directly below the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
