Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the clear bottle for the goods with wording and designs thereon. The wording "VIRU VALGE VODKA" appears in white upon a dark blue colored bottle cap above two white horizontal lines containing a repeating pattern of white outlined triangles and diamonds. The rectangular body of the bottle is slightly tapering downwards and its corners are rounded. On the body of the bottle is a dark blue banner label outlined in silver and containing the wording "VIRU VALGE" in white. The dark blue label is superimposed on a vertically oriented polygon outlined in silver which contains "XXXXXXXXXX" in silver at the top, the word "VODKA" in dark blue, an oval design element comprising a man playing a national herdsman's trumpet at the sea in dark blue and silver, above the wording "RAHVUSLIKUD TRADITSIOONID JA KINDEL KVALITEET" in silver, the wording "ANNO 1898" in red, and the letters "XXXXXXX" in silver. At the base of the bottle appears an embossed repeating design that wraps around the lower part of the bottle consisting of lines and larger parallelograms containing smaller parallelograms and triangles between the lines. The broken lines outlining the overall shape of the bottle and bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
