Mark description

The mark is a rectangle that includes a first design element comprising the wording "GAMO" appearing in red, and a red circle to the right of the wording with a white arrow superimposed on the red circle, all of which appears on a rectangular black background with a white exterior border line; a second design element appearing to the right and slightly below the first design element, the second design element comprising the wording "PT-85 BLOWBACK" appearing in white with a white line under the wording, all of which appears on a generally rectangular black background having a white border line surrounding the top, right side and bottom of the rectangular black background, and where the right side of the rectangular black background slants upward and to the right all appearing on green rectangle background; the first and second design elements are superimposed on a rectangular grey background that occupies approximately the top third of the mark; a third design element comprising an image of a black pistol superimposed over a rectangular background occupying the middle third and part of the lower third of the mark, the rectangular background resembling a grey strip of metal with black circular holes; a fourth design element appearing below and to the left of the image of the black pistol, the fourth design element comprising an image of a grey hand holding a black pistol superimposed on a grey patterned rectangular background having a white border line surrounding the top and right sides of the background and also having shades of brown and green in the background; a black rectangular band appears at the bottom of the mark; and two images of a moving white spherical pellet, the first of which appears over the fourth design element, and the second of which appears below and partly to the right of the fourth design element.
