Mark description

The mark consists of two rows, one on top of the other. The top row notes the words "NGUOI VIET", which are capitalized and bold red in color, diacritically marked in the Vietnamese language. The top row is also three-quarters in height larger than the bottom row. "NGUOI VIET" fills the entire space provided in the top row. A uniform thin white space completely separates the top and bottom rows. The bottom row consists of a long, rectangular band design in a the same bold red color as "NGUOI VIET". The words "TODAY NEWS" are capitalized, royal blue in color and fill the remaining one-third space in the right-hand section of the bottom row. A solid red circle, approximately two letters in width and the same height as the lettering in the bottom row, separates the words "TODAY" and "NEWS". A thin black line on the bottom margin of the bottom row stretches completely across the length of the bottom row. The lettering in the bottom row is one-quarter the size of the lettering in the top row.
