Mark description

The mark consists of a centered, vertically oriented rectangle with rounded corners and the lower case letters "a", "s", and "b" inside the vertical rectangle. The "a" is in the upper left corner inside the vertical rectangle. The "s" is below the "a" in the lower left corner of the vertical rectangle. The "b" occupies the entire right side of the vertical rectangle having an elongated downward stroke line forming the left side of the "b". The vertical rectangle is setting within a semicircle leaf crown open at the top. Beneath the semicircle leaf crown is a three part furled scroll, running roughly horizontally in a slight upward curve that conforms to the curve of the leaf crown and extending slightly past each side of the leaf crown, with five stars in the center portion of the scroll. The stars are each five point, solid, and are lined up roughly horizontally across the center portion of the scroll from left to right, each equidistant from the next. The words "AmeriState Bank" appear below the design portion of the Mark.
