Abstract

"APARELHO, E, PROCESSO PARA CONFERIR TOQUE MACIO A UMA TELA DE UM MATERIAL DE PANO". Um aparelho para conferir toque macio a um não tecido, papel, papel com fibras sintéticas e/ou aditivos, pano de malha impresso e similar em forma de tela, introduzindo de maneira mecânica tensões localizadas em locais diversos pré-selecionados da tela. A tela (15) é preferivelmente avançada em engatamento de atrito contínuo com um ou mais elementos de contato que podem ser pares de rolos de aperto (20, 21) e/ou barras de ruptura (23). Pares de rolos de aperto (20, 21) incluem um rolo de superfície irregular que engata de maneira deformante com um rolo macio (12) com a tela passando entre eles. Barras de ruptura (23) podem ter bordas retas, serrilhadas ou curvilíneas e a tela pode ser passada sobre ou sob as barras e ruptura. Diversas combinações de pares de rolos de aperto e barras de ruptura são fornecidas e preferivelmente um acionamento variável pode ser empregado.
