Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MODULAÇÃO DE RESPOSTA IMUNE POR RIBAVIRINA" . A resposta a um sistema imune a um desafio é modificada por apresentação de um sistema com um nucleosídeo em uma concentração selecionada para ter um efeito em um marcador B7 que é inverso ao efeito do desafio. Considerados desafios incluem alérgenos, neoplasma, vírus, bactéria, infestação e reação auto-imune. Os marcadores moleculares de particular interesse são B7-1 e B7-2. Os nucleosídeos preferidos são Ribavirina e análogos de Ribavirina, especialmente fornecidos em uma faixa entre cerca de 0,2 :M e cerca de 5 :M, respectivamente, em um fluido contendo células expressando o marcador B7.
