"ENZIMA DE SUBTILASE ISOLADA, SUBTILASE, SEQÜÊNCIA ISOLADA DE DNA, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA MICROBIANA, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA SUBTILASE OU UMA VARIANTE DE SUBTILASE, COMPOSIÇÃO, E, USO DE UMA SUBTILASE OU DE UMA VARIANTE DE SUBTILASE" Enzimas de subtilase dos subgrupos I-S1 e I-S2 tendo um resíduo de aminoácido adicional na posição 99 da região (b) de elo de sítio ativo da posição 95 a 103. As variantes de subtilases exibem desempenho de lavagem melhorado em um detergente em comparação com a sua enzima precursora.
