Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS PARA TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE PLANTAS PARA EXPRESSAR DELTA-ENDOTOXINAS DE BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS". É apresentado um meio de controle de pragas de planta por um novo método de expressão de -endotoxinas Cry2A de B. thuringiensis em plantas. A invenção compreende novos segmentos de ácidos nucléicos codificando proteínas compreendendo -endotoxinas Cry2A de B. thuringiensis. Estão descritos os segmentos de ácidos nucléicos bem como vetores de transformação contendo os segmentos de ácidos nucléicos, plantas transformadas com os segmentos reivindicados, métodos para transformação de plantas e métodos de controle de infestação de plantas por pragas.
