Abstract
"AMPLIFICADOR DE RF, E, MÉTODO PARA LINEARIZAR MODULAÇÃO DE AMPLITUDE EM UM AMPLIFICADOR DE POTÊNCIA DE UM CIRCUITO DE AMPLIFICADOR" Um amplificador de RF inclui um modulador de fase que desenvolve um sinal de entrada de RF modulado em fase a ser transmitido. Um amplificador de potência recebe o sinal de entrada de RF e amplifica o sinal de entrada de RF para desenvolver um sinal de saída de RF. Um controle de amplificador é operativamente associado com o modulador de fase e o amplificador de potência. O controle de amplificador inclui uma memória para armazenar informação de correção que correlata amplitude desejada do sinal de saída de RF relativo a amplitude de amplificador real, e um controle varia tensão de alimentação de amplificador de potência responsivo à informação de correção para linearizar modulação de amplitude no amplificador de potência.
