Abstract
''ACOPLAMENTO ELASTOMÉRICO PARA TRANSMITIR TORQUE ENTRE DOIS EIXOS APROXIMADAMENTE ALINHADOS SOBRE UM EIXO CENTRAL DO EIXO'' Apresenta-se aqui um acoplamento elastomérico (11) para transmitir torque dois eixos (13, 15) aproximadamente alinhados sobre um eixo central do eixo (17), cujo acoplamento (11) compreende: um membro compósito (21) estendendo-se arqueadamente ao redor de um eixo (23) e incluindo elemento central elastomérico (25) tendo uma parte (27) estendendo-se axial e radialmente incluindo uma superfície interna (41); uma sapata (31) tendo uma parte (61) axialmente interna fixada à parte (27) prolongada do elemento central elastomérico (21). E um cubo de roda (35) adaptado para ser conectado ao eixo (13) e incluindo uma superficie externa (87) tendo uma circunferência e um comprimento e sendo engatado com a superfície interna (69) da sapata (31) substancialmente por toda a circunferência e o comprimento da superfície externa (87) do cubo de roda (35).
