Abstract
Patente de Invenção para "SINTONIZAÇÃO DE COMPRIMENTO DE ONDA DE GRADE FOTOINDUZIDA" . Grades óticas tendo uma faixa de comprimentos de onda de Bragg possíveis podem ser produzidas usando-se uma máscara de fase simples pela exposição da máscara a um feixe filtrado espacialmente não-colimado de luz. Um filtro espacial (30) remove componentes de freqüência espacial alta a partir do feixe, e um sistema de focalização (36) dirige o feixe filtrado para uma máscara de fase (40). Uma taxa na qual o feixe é focalizado e um espaçamento entre a máscara de fase e uma guia de onda fotosensível (12) são variados para produzir grades na guia de onda tendo uma faixa de períodos possíveis.
