Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PEPTÍDIOS BIOATIVOS ESTABILIZADOS E MÉTODOS DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO, SÍNTESE E USO" . Um sistema de seleção intracelular permite o rastreamento simultâneo da bioatividade e estabilidade do peptídio. Peptídios recombinantes randomizados são rastreados quanto à bioatividade em um sistema de expressão rigorosamente regulado, de preferência derivado do operon lac do tipo selvagem. Os peptídios bioativos assim identificados são inerentemente resistentes a proteases e peptidases. Também são fornecidos peptídios bioativos estabilizados por um grupo estabilizante no término- N , no térmico-C ou em ambos. O grupo estabilizante pode adquirir a forma de uma proteína estável pequena, tal como a proteína Rop, glutationa sulfotransferase, tiorredoxina, proteína de ligação à maltose ou glutationa redutase, ou um ou mais resíduos de prolina.
