Abstract
"FORMULAÇÕES DE RANOLAZINA DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTÍNUA". Uma formulação de ranolazina de liberação contínua contém uma mistura íntima de ranolazina e um aglutinante dependente de pH parcialmente neutralizado para formar uma película que é na maior parte insolúvel em meios aquosos abaixo de pH 4,5 e solúvel em meios aquosos acima de pH 4,5. A formulação é adequada para administração duas vezes por dia de ranolazina e é útil para controlar a taxa de dissolução de ranolazina e manter níveis de ranolazina em plasma humano entre 550 e 7.500 ng de base/ml.
