Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE GnRH NÃO PEPTÍDICOS, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E MÉTODOS PARA REGULAR A SECREÇÃO DE GONADOTROPINAS EM MAMÍFEROS" São descritos agentes de GnRH não peptídicos que são capazes de inibir o efeito do hormônio liberador de gonadotropina. Tais compostos e seus sais, multímeros, multímeros, pró-drogas e metabólitos ativos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis são adequados para o tratamento de distúrbios reprodutivos em mamíferos e tumores dependentes de hormônios esteróides, bem como para regular a fertilidade, onde a supressão da liberação da gonadotropina é indicada. Também são descritos métodos para sintetizar os compostos e intermediários úteis em sua preparação.
